the port of Shenzhen or domestic user specified location. Qualified technician will be send to customer’s company for machine
installation and debugging. Under the proper circumstance, the technician will finish installation within three days. Please keep
the installation place clean and tidy.

Training:
After machine installation and testing, qualified technician will be send to customer’s company for training (machine operation,
machine maintenance, machine debugging, product sample processing, etc). TSD Laser also welcome our customers to come to Chinese
headquarter for machine training. The training is free of charge and it will last at least 3 days until the operator of customers’
can use the machine properly and correctly.

Q1: What should i need to prepare for machine?
A2:Air compressor, electricity, space.

Q2: What's the warranty?
A3:1 year for main machine and laser tube, 6 months for lens and mirror.

Q3: How long the life of laser tube?
A4:6000 hours in normal, but also depend on your working time and quality of tube. Some of our customers can use 1 year even
longer time.

Q4: Is any assistance for machine installation and training?
A5:Sure, we will send our engineer to your factory for machine installation and training, the whole training course will take
around 5 days. Round-trip ticket, food and hotel fee on your side.

Q5: Is it possible to visit your factory before order?
A6:Certainly, warmly welcome to visit our factory to further discuss about machine and die making.
